Almost bitten by a baby one, I was lucky he didn't penetrate skin instantly, otherwise it wouldn't have been just a pinc. Congratz.

I often wonder if it's a bio chemical type thing where they learn a hand is safe over time through a sensory/ chemical memory means. Hope that makes sense.

I wonder that too. I also wonder if they could tell if you're stressed or your vibe is different that day.

I dont, 2 hours after capturing that small guy, I found him dead and dried up. Weird thing, since I listed him once and have his lid open

Oh wow, what a sweet little pede! No wonder they make such good first 'pedes, a polymorpha would be a little jumpier. There are not enough videos of this species (and centipede handling in general), and you should continue to make more.
