New B-day present molted.

I got a Beautiful H. gigas for my Birthday about 3 days ago. It was about 2". I checked on it this AM and what do you know! It molted! seems perfect, but not messing with it for a few days. I can't wait to see it!

Thanks I actually got 7 tarantulas that day most 1/2" slings. I did get an H. Mac. Only got to see it for a couple hours, then it burrowed, as did the rest of them. I can't wait to see a bunch of little molts! It's such a trip to look in and see 2 T's where there should only be one!

Don't worry, the H. mac should stop hiding once it gets bigger and you can move it into an arboreal setup. They are such gorgeous T's.

I can't wait They are beautiful, but as of now it pretty much blends in with the substrate (potting/vermiculite) Oh well I hear they grow fast.
