Netting to Protect Against Flies

I have developed a small case of flies in my home. I suspect phorid flies too unfortunately.

In any event it made me realize I should have put mesh over the holes of my T containers to prevent them entering diito for KK's that contain crickets.

Might anyone know of a mesh out there that is FINE enough to prevent fruit flies from entering? Phorids and fruit flies are about the same size from what I gather.

I've looked around but I haven't seen anything that fits what I'm looking for.

Thanks I had tried something similar and came up with netting, but believe the mesh is too large. I will check this out too along w/the other person's suggestion.

The fine netting used in camping tents will work well, should be able get it off eBay or a good fabric store. Also I just seen a post on a FB group for isopods where a member used the material for making drapery shears.

I'm sure you can get drapery sheers at Walmart.
Or.. If you have an exes wedding dress veil that might do it LOL
