can someone tell me if my p. regalis is male mature. i really dont know how to spot a male mature guys so i was hoping you guys could help me. thanks!

Not entirely sure, but I do think I see emboli. Can you get a better picture of his pedipalps? They're the short front two "legs" on the T. When the male matures, he develops these bulb-like attachments on the end that kind of fold under/into the end of his pedipalps, they're the male sex organ of tarantulas and true spiders. They will probably be dark red in color, from what I can see in your picture.
