I’ve been into photography for awhile, and I’ve found a recent love of tarantulas, so this thread is my merger of those two hobbies. Thanks for looking!

Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens (GreenBottle Blue). Sling was about 3/4” when I got it. It’s now about 2.5” DLS after 5-6 months.

Caribena versicolor. Got it at 3/4”, and now it’s about 1-3/4”. Such a beautiful T!!

Ha, thanks! My wife was really bummed out the other night when I told her that it would lose its blue color. The Versicolor is her favorite out of my T’s.

This problem has an obvious solution: when your versi grows out of its blueberry phase, get another sling. Repeat as necessary.

Beautiful T, mines still only about an inch so I'm looking forward to a more substantial size blueberry like yours is.

Wow the carapace is super yellow/gold! Mine is about 3.5" and the carapace is still really greenish blue so I'm not sure if it already passed that stage up.

Constructed the final home for my GBB in this 8x8x12” Exo-Terra. I still need to swap out the screen up top for acrylic.
