You are 100% right, I meant translucent. My badVery interesting looking, where did you get this little guy? I recall now that I see yours they have been around for a little while. I don't recall however who first produced them as CBB.
This would be called a translucent if I'm not mistaken. I have pied herp myself. A pied animal displays white pigment instead of the normal pattern and color. However, the translucent veileds do display white as well, thus being both pied and translucent in my opinion.
