I'm sorry, I will explain. Most tarantulas are classified with their scientific names. But they usually have a common name. For example, a grammostola rosea has the common name of Chilean Rosehair. I just wondered if yours had one too, I was curious.

Actually, I believe the official common name of G. rosea is "Chilean rose."

I do see some pet shops have them cateloged as "Chilean Rosehair". But "Chilean Rose" is used too. Common names can changed from store to store and each individual spider. They can also be misleading.
