Mold?

Hey, I picked up an Indian violet ( my first old world) last show I went two and I asked them what was in the enclosure as I pointed to something, and they said it was white sand. But to me it looks iconically like some mold so I want to know if I’m just nervous or if my T is in danger and I need a rehouse (pictures below)

Doesn't look like mold. It looks like sand in the coco fiber substrate (if it is coco fiber). Is it coco fiber?

Yes it is coco fiber I don’t really deviate from coco finer because it’s a little bit of everything perfect. But thanks for assuring me.
