Moisture Concerns With New Grammostola pulchra Sling

My G. Pulchra sling just arrived in the mail yesterday. As a first time Tarantula owner this has been a some what terrifying experience as I’m already concerned with it’s well being. The hardest part has been to let it be and settle in. I have noticed that my sling has been mostly hangin out on top of the little piece of cork bark and not under or any burrowing which makes me wonder about moisture.

Give it time. Looks like a fine set up and healthy spider to me.

Set up looks oversized. But that's not a huge issue.

Also, start your own thread next time. Better than mixing two together.
