I have identified my only true spider as Metaltella simoni. I have had it for a good period of time, and she turned out to be female (she laid an eggsac). I was wondering how long they live after laying the sac, and whether i should pull it and raise it in an incubator (I intend to keep the spiderlings). Forgive the lack of photos, as my current photos are terrible and she is currently hiding behind the sac.

Mine never made a sac, but she lived for about a year after I found her.

I tend to let true spiders care for their own sacs, especially if they're wild-caught and I don't plan to raise all the slings.
