You can get piece of grass or a thin did wire and try to lure her out to pounce on it. Releasing a feeder would also be a distraction.

She eventually crawled out on her own. I think she was just curious.

The domestic tarantula will hydrate herself by elegantly dunking her head in her water dish...
(This is my first time seeing her or any T. drink in real life. Very cool!!)
