Mason jar scorplings

    Can. I use wide mouth 3cup mason jars for 2instar Centruroides gracilis? I will put lots of holes in the lid. One scorp per jar.

    I don't see why it wouldn't work. It really depends on the size of the scorps though, and it sounds like those might be too big. Deli cups work great for small scorplings.

    Yes it will work. I have done just that back in the day.

    I get the packs of 50 2OZ deli cups from Walmart and they work great. The 3OZ are taller and I've kept my Gracilis in those up to 4i no problem.

    No problem with those as enclosures.
