So this question has bugged me for quite some time.

Do all male true spiders, when mature, stop eating?

I have never heard of that...all my male spiders DO EAT even after becoming mature

They don't eat as much when they mature, but yes, they still eat.

How much compared to females?

Depends on what family it is. Most of the heavy web builders might eat a meal or two before they start wandering to look for females and then they pretty much won't eat again (except maybe share with a female). Groups that actively hunt will eat more because the males are still basically behaving normally with the added bonus of trying to find a female. But even then I'd say they eat a little less, especially once they start really trying to find females.
