So, my hisser, Cain, lost one antenna and the other is bending downwards just like the other one did before it fell off. He acts completely normal (extremely angry when anyone opens the tank as usual), but I have no clue if this is a part of shedding or not. I'm newer to owning hissers but I've kept the substrate clean, food and water sources in his tank, and a good temperature and humidity. So is he getting ready to molt or something else?

Are there any other hissers in the tank? If there's another male, they could be fighting. As far as I know, the antennae don't fall off when they are going to molt.
