Largus sp. in Texas ?

What species of Largus bugs are found in central Texas? I've seen many of the bordered plant bugs in my backyard, thinking they were assassin bugs until now, but I have always been interested in culturing them. That said, how would I care for them? Are they considered as major pest or would they be an O-K species to deal with? (I don't fancy caring for any pest species, unless they're vertebrates or mollusk) Do they bite? (If they do, how badly does it hurt?)
