My new baby!! It’s the first one I’ve actually picked out in person, and the only one I feel attached to; my other two are sling Thrixopelma sp. blue and Homoeomma sp. blue. I hope when this plump baby molts—which might be sooner rather than later, judging by the large size and the dark color of the abdomen—I’ll be able to be used to determine the gender. (I don’t care, per se, it’s just hard to name a pet if I don’t know the sex. Probably a “silly girl thing” but it’s what is, for me.) #brachypelmaalbopilosum #fluffybutt

PXL_20210202_203853813.jpg My beautiful girl, Matilda. Hyllus diardi. Wish I could've gotten a viable sac from her, but it wasn't to be. RIP, Hugh Jackman (her boy toy).

😭 Species ID label fell off, now I'm not sure if this is the normal OBT, or a P. murinus "Kigoma", or a P. murinus "Mikuni". 😭 PXL_20201214_023644247.jpg
