Here are a few photos of my jumping spider. She lives in 4x4x4 cube(is this big enough?) with 2 tiny snails to help with cleanup. I can tell she hates photos so I only got a few. I don't have a SINGLE idea on what species it is, so any help with ID'ing it will be appreciated.
Looks like a Plexippus Petersi. Also looks to be Male, so, she's a MAN, man!!!
Not sure if the snails will do any good with cleanup to be honest (they do leave slime everywhere after all, and land snails are known to harbor bacteria on their bodies. Whether that proves harmful to spider health or not, i wouldn't know.)
As far as the size of its cage? Its probably big enough, but i'm of the opinion that the bigger the enclosure is, the better. So i tend to have my jumpers (Adult ones anyway) in large enclosures.
Oops, that was a big mistake I'll take the snails out, too, since I don't want a spider body rotting in this tank. I don't really have a bigger enclosure, since all my tanks have fish in them. Thanks for the info though!
