Is this enclosure big enough?

I was wondering if this enclosure would be an appropriate size for my T. It is a 4"W,8"H,6"L glass tank. She has about a 1.6" DLS. Also, any tips on how I should set up the enclosure,(how much substrate, any kind of cover other than the hide) stuff like that.

Terrestrials should have no more than 1.5x their leg span in height from substrate to lid.

You can fill the enclosure with substrate until it is an appropriate height. She may burrow some anyways. Any hide you use should be open ended (so she could continue to burrow through it). Provide a water dish and dry sub. You can provide any decor you like... sticks, rocks, fake plants, etc.

I will add that that size enclosure will be too small in a molt or two, but given how slowly that species grows you should be okay for quite awhile :) I like enclosures that are at least two times the leg span in width and three times the leg span in length.
