Is this a Pandinus Imperator?

I just received in the mail what should be a pandinus imperator, but looks more like a pandinus cavimanus. I’m searching for expert opinions. Thanks!!

Great, Thanks. His body is only about 3 1/2" so I knew he had more molts in his future. I say he because even though I haven't gotten a real good look at his underside, it looks male. Here's the best I got, thoughts?

Maybe a male, but the picture is not good enough to see the genital operculum with a good resolution.
