Is this a Harvestman?

i found this little guy in my bathtub and put him a enclosure i had for crickets and Idk if I’m right or is this a spider of some sort?

Not a harvestmen because the prosoma and opisthosoma are separated instead of fused. That looks to be one of the spitting spiders, Scytodes sp.
