Is that normal? (Scorplings)

Is it normal for scorplings to just sit on mums back and never even twitch? They don't even seem to have changed position since they first got up on to her...

I guess everything is normal with my little ones but I'd like to know if that is how it's supposed to be. They havn't moultet yet btw.
