I'm still fairly new to this hobby, I have had her for more than half a year and she has molted more than twice. once in my care and a few time's in the previous owners care, but I'm still not sure if she is in pre-molt or not because she has a gray bald spot on her abdomen and she's not much of a hair kicker as I don't mess with her ever.

since a week ago?.
I would leave it alone for 4-5 days and try feeding it again, if it still doesn't take it, its probably safe to assume premolt.

Just so you know Brachypelma's and grammostola's can be in premolt for a while. sometimes lasting a few years when they get towards being fully grown
