Would it be okay if I threw waste calcium and vitamin D3 powder in my isopod tank?

Why not just throw it away if it's waste? I have never heard of isopods benefitting from powder based vitamins, but I know isopods do appreciate a calcium source. How much are you talking about dumping into your tank? May just sit there and do nothing...

I treat them as my waste disposal and throw all organic waste in there. If it just sits there then that's ok. I'm only worried it might cause harm to them.

Ohhh, got it. Not sure, I don't think isopods eat powdered supplemments, but maybe you could try a tiny bit first and see if they eat it. Honestly, I've never tried it ;) Can't really say too much, although I'd doubt it eould harm them directly.

I've put small amounts of calcium powder in my isopod cultures...they seem to eat it right up without any harm done.
