[Inquiry] Is Anastasia from NETBUG still Operating?

Placed and order through NETBUG website yesterday. Have gotten paypal verification email for payment, but no word from Anastasia as of yet, which is unusual considering my last order experience with her was communication from the time order was placed. I know it's only been a day and they may have bad weather up there in CT, but has anyone done any business with her recently (DEC18-JAN19)? How long is a reasonable time to hear back from an online vendor usually?

Just to be clear, my previous experience with Anastasia was outstanding in every way.
