Huh, I was not alerted at all for being tagged in this post, hate when that happens...Well I caught something a typical while out and about, and kept it.

It looks like a teneral Suriname roach, but I found it running along a wooden rail. Something Surinames don't normally do...

@Hisserdude
Yeah, probably lol!I see, it's unusual coloration and behavior we're a ploy to get captured so it could live the good life.
Wow, those are pretty large looking! Look like they may be subadults, so they'll probably mature soon!@Hisserdude I caught two giant males of Periplaneta americana, they dwarfed two adults I caught of the same species. And their still babies.

As you can see the adult is on the side, and these nymphs just dominate it. An adult female I caught was even smaller than the adult male, but not by much.
Now I need to get some large female nymphs to keep them occupied, but I'm taking your word that the males won't try to mate with the other species.
What does @Elytra and Antenna have to say about the potential for Periplaneta hybrids?
Very nice, you can really see how fat that WC nymph became after a few days in your care!Here's a before and after for one roach:

They are a LOT prettier than the photos and videos I've seen suggest.

She's been stuffing herself with a dehydrated chicken piece, that aught to jump start ooth production.

Eh, I have a slight "color deficiency" in my vision according to my eye doctor (blanking on the proper term right now LMAO, I barely ever see him anyway), so I don't really see much of a difference in the yellow between yours and most other P.australasia.
