So I read somewhere that it is legal to import a certain number of scorps without an import license as long as it's for personal use, is this true? If so, where can I read up on it more, and does it only apply for scorpions?

Importation of animals requires permits...on both ends....import and export.

I've heard there is a commercial permit and something like a personal use permit, I don't know if it's true. I've heard the personal import permit still cost $ but not as much and you still have to fill out forms, you may have to physically go to the import location to pick up the package too but at least it may be an option. But like I said, I've just read about it here and there, never seriously looked into it. Just saying you might want to keep on looking in to it.
