ID help: h. arizonensis pallidus?

Hi, I need an expert eye. I just caught this scorp near anza borrego state park. It's about 4.5in long. I have a colony of baja bark sorpions, but this is my first big scorpion. After some research, I think I may have a pallidus variation of h. arizonensis, but not totally sure as dune scorpions look pretty similar.

Excellent, thank for this! I assumed it was, but I was just so impressed by its color that I wasn't sure. I found a tiny one with the same pale color and black "face" markings that I assume is an arizonensis juvenile. Does their color change over time? thanks again
