So my sabulosum molted last night (fast grower too, 2 molts and inch growth in about 45 days from when I got him.) and its finally large enough to sex via molt.

I go in to take out the molt, and suprise suprise, he has decided to eat it.:wall:

I think he doesnt want me to know hes a boy.

I think they don't actually eat the molt, just get some moisture out of it. But I guess it's possible for them to rip it apart to the point where it's just chitin pieces.

Shogun, it's about time you made it up to Preuss Pets anyways, so you should (after a respectful hardening period) pack your T up and bring it in and I can show you how to sex it by searching for epiandric fusillae in person.
