I redid my P. Regalis tank. (Kind of a "how to do")

First off this is my beautiful ~3.5" P. Regalis, Ghandi. When I first introduced him into his tank I simply put a piece of very curved corkbark on the back wall. Ghandi immediately made his home behind it. I did not like this for several reasons: hard to feed, dangerous to get molts out, etc. So I removed him from the tank and decided to make a few changes.

(Note: in the picture Ghandi is behind the corkbark of the original setup.)

I started off by cutting the curved piece of corkbark in half with a very fine toothed saw.

(He was removed very gently of course.)

So what do you think? Sorry about the sideways pic =/

I'm confused. Do you think you'll be able to get better access to the cork bark tube this way? Looks like you'll have to twist your wrist at a painful angle to do so.

The position of the tube makes it perfectly safe to pull out a molt with tweezers if needed, however he will quickly outgrow that size tube so it will be more of a perch. Other than that I don't really need to reach there for anything else. Thanks for the feedback, keep it coming!

Update: Ghandi has mad the cork bark tube his home and has webbed the entrance. I am expecting a molt very soon, and if it isn't while I'm sleeping I'll make sure to get some pictures. Should look great from the angle of the tube.
