Can anyone determine if this is a male or female just from this picture? I doubt it but thought I'd try...

100% male. The tibial apohysis (hook) is very clear, and the pedipalp shape (without seeing the embolus in detail) is a confirming indicator.

I'm such a noob I had considered capturing this one but someone told me that former wild male adults do poorly in captivity so I'll just continue to look for him at night when I put my dogs out! I had very mixed emotions about even considering capturing a wild T but I'm so excited about joining the hobby I was at least considering it. Not now. Again, thanks.
