How long can Huntsman spiders survive without foods?

Hi, I’m gonna go to Korea for 2 months this summer and there’s no one who can take care of my huntsman spiders. Do you think that they could survive without food for 2 months? My plan is to rehouse them in a big cage then put some flies and small water pot but I’m still unsure that they are gonna be ok for couple of months. (They are subadults)
