How common/rare are Pokies nowadays?

I've had an OBT as my first T for awhile now and a second pMetallica sub adult. So I've just gotten some P.Smithi's (33 of em slings) and a P.Hanumavilasumica juvie.

Of course the dealer would say they are rare or so to coax me to getting it from him ((good prices though, and I don't need to be seduced to get pokies are I'm already a fan of them)).

But how hard are they to come by actually?

It totally depends on the market where you are. Most species (if not all) are readily available here in the UK. But I wouldnt have a clue about Malaysia.

Most pokies are really common in the hobby because they are so profitable and in high demand. Some species are actually more common in captivity than in the wild.

egg sac. mostly EWLS. turned out pretty well. sold some of my own p.Smithi for profits
