How do you use the dark theme?

Hover over your user name in the top-right corner and click Preferences. The first option, Style, allows you to select different themes (color schemes).

In addition to the way mentioned by @Ungoliant, you can also scroll all the way to the bottom on any page, on the left hand side you should see a drop down menu box that says "pick a style". You can also choose from there.
