So I recently came into possession of two young Heterometrus Scorpions of some form and honestly I have no clue on what molt they are on. They are around 2-2.5 inches long. All I know is they were called Asian Forest Scorpions and the owner had a huge pile of them so I grabbed a couple for a few dollars on an impulse buy. Currently they are housed together in a 3L RUB with around 3 inches or so of moist substrate to dig around and tunnel in and during the day they seem quite content to hang in the burrow and do nothing. I was wondering; from all I've read, I've heard these guys can do fine at temps 70 and above? My apartment is almost always in the low to mid 70's and sometimes gets to the upper 70's depending on the weather outside.

Also... what species do you all believe these to be? My guess is Heterometrus Longimanus but I could easily be wrong. Also, I've read that H. Longimanus isn't exactly the greatest species to keep communally as they grow so around which instar/size would you all recommend separating them?
