Help my mantis

Pictures would help. Is it a female - and mature? Could she be gravid? Mantids will lay eggs regardless of whether they've mated or not.

I can't really make out much is that picture, but it doesn't look abnormal from what I can see. Is it possible she's just molted? The abdomen of a female mantis does expand significantly with each molt as she approaches maturity.

Do you know what species she is? Is she wild-caught or captive bred? Is she behaving normally - active, alert, moving normally, eating? Or is she lethargic, uncoordinated, having difficulty climbing, or uninterested in food?

Absolutely nothing wrong. If anything the mantis needs a meal.
