Help Identify this Mysterious Larvae?

Hello all,

Long story short, I found these (and several others) larvae in with my roach colony.

I suspect they are mealworms but would appreciate some insight from the group.

Do I need to worry about these?

Yeah I think they're some sort of tenebrionid larva as well. I wouldn't worry about it, they'll just clean up after the roaches.

I've had these in my roach colony as well....never seemed to bother the roaches...the adults just chilled in the egg crates with the roaches
