Help I.D and Sex, believe Desert Hairy?

I live in Las Vegas i caught two Desert Hairy Scorpions on a old mining road. Can you help me Identify them and sex them. The first pic is the larger of the two almost twice the size as the other.

Top pic is the larger
Bottom is much smaller

Pretty sure it’s a desert hairy but you need a better shot of the bottom to sex it, though I think the one you took the pic of is a male.
