I really don't know specifics, but in a nutshell you need to post. Join in some scorpion conversations, T conversations, start some threads, etc. I believe you just need to "consistently" contribute to the forum.

Post and contribute and eventually you get an active status. Don't know the magic number but if you're an enthusiast it will be no problem.
