Hallo friends, does someone have biotop enclosure for H. pulchripes? I know the theory and what is ok for them, but I wonder if someone have "copy" of their narural habitat at home. Thank you.
I have a sling of that species. I just use a Jamie's juvenile terrestrial enclosure for it. A mature one can probably easily be housed in either a 3 or 5 gallon Terra Blue professional enclosure with a reptilock system installed.
A typical dry spider setup with some extra substrate to burrow in is all that you need. These guys honestly require some of the simplest cage setups of any tarantula. Basically, they are practically identical to a rose hair in their requirements.
