My new Brachypelma schroederi sling named Mole (like the sauce)
B. albopilosum after a fresh molt.
Brachypelma kahlenbergi- 3" unsexed
Freshly molted B. albopilosum female. (Honduran hobby form)
This is US hobby form????!
Well, kinda. Some are like that, others are less curly, some have golden carapces, etc. For example, mine is less curly than that, has a golden carapace and black colored legs with long, brown setae all over. Too much hybridization.
They both beat the UK 'Pube Hair' HF then ahaha
Meet the UK B. albopilosum 'Hobby form' AKA Pube Hair
Wow, that's not even curly hair... Dang, I don't think we've progressed that far in the states yet.
Reminds me of a certain species.. Maybe it has been crossed with that too many times down the line..
.. what is that species?! I cant remember
Why yes it is I raised it from a sling, anybody that says all Brachy's are slow growers are nuts, as well as all Brachy's love bone dry. I keep my albopilosum damp like the jungle they come from.
That is about 4.5-5" female in the picture.
received as a sling on 06/04/15 from Jamie's Tarantulas
molts; 7/15, 8/15, 9/15, 11/15, 2/16, 7/16, 10/16 (sold 11/16)
I agree. I keep mine the same... Howevewr my Pube Hair grew almost as fast as my Brachypelma vagans.. funny that
The average photo of my B. smithi slings....
Yep, burrowed. lol.
