Really sorry, I'll take the rap for that -- I'm certain that Jamie would never have claimed anything which wasn't true, so I must have misunderstood and/or remembered incorrectly, we began our joint breeding project quite some time ago.

Based on what within that description? I mean, I'm looking at this paper now and wonder what exactly from the Mello Leitão description is being used to identify that spider?

Who is not aware of others?

Based on Fukushima's thesis, A. taunayi is going to be a valid species of Avicularia... I'm just curious what identifies your spider as this species.
I haven't a clue if it is or isn't this species, just curious.
