GBB Molt And Sexed

My GBB molted yesterday (I think), in secret. I found out its a boy by its boxing gloves and "under-leg spikes".

How do I know if and when its his ultimate molt? The molt he had before that didn't indicate anything about his sex (besides the fact that he's a molt shredder).
