I have a 3" chaco who is currently in a 12" KK. I'd like to put her in something more secure since we have a child and pets, and I also wanted a clear lid for better visibility since she likes to climb along the top when she is hungry. I purchased a couple closet bins from Interdesign (hoping to transfer our B. Albo after she molts next), and I plan to install locks on them: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GK0W3NK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Would I want to drill ventilation holes along the sides, the top, or both?

I keep My AF G. pulch. in a ExoTerra Breeder Box, she's not a climber either.

Vent- sure that's fine. I do the sides, top isn't necessary. Ts have low O2 requirements. Though a hole over the water bowl is helpful. Mine doesn't care if I open the container or not though.

Those are pretty sweet looking. They make acrylic hasps and hinges that look pretty nice too if installed properly.

I wouldn't bother with top holes. I only use them with my more damp species. G. pulcheripes are a pretty arid species so dumping humidity from moist sub should never really be needed.

Thank you! That makes it even better to stack them. I ended up getting a couple sets of these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/171139813278
