Absolutely correct. It's difficult to quantify just how smart they are, but their intelligence is made more alarming by the fact that they are predatory inverts (something many people assume to be brainless monsters). Such beautiful, efficient, crafty organisms they are.There's a different predatory intelligence to centipedes that just gets me, similar to how aware mantids can seem at times. Granted they're no mammals when it comes to intellect, but for an invert the way they behave and hunt is on another level.
