Hello!!!

I usually house my jumping spiders (Phidippus regius) in their enclosures with Reptisoil, however, I'm looking for something a little greener to make the enclosures pop. I've been wanting to try Frog Moss but I heard it holds a lot of moisture. I know regals need some humidity, but not too much. Would Frog Moss be a good option to add?

Thanks :)

I'm assuming you mean pillow moss (Leucobryum glaucum)? I love this stuff and it's super sturdy. I'm not sure if jumping spiders would thrive in humidity where this moss is completely active, but it is alive even when it's dry, and I've used it as a humidity boost/green highlight in many isopod and herp enclosures.
