she used to eat male dubia , looks skinny and has not ate in 3-4 months . I tried superworms also but my Ts do not like them . If worse comes to worst I can get. Crickets but gotta to go petsmart , pet supplies only has small crickets for full price .

I have never personally had an Avicularia go off food for that long - not my adults and not even before moulting. The only ones who go off food are my mature males at one point. Is your Avic a mature male? Photos would help with that.
If you are noticing a reduction in the size of their abdomen, then go and get some crickets. I have a lot of species who won't eat certain prey items, but everyone's feeding response is triggered by crickets. Unless they are mature males, a significant reduction in abdomen size would be considered 'the worst'.

Just as a counterpoint: I had an elderly female that fasted for 13 months before molting and a juvenile female that fasted for over 5 months before molting.

However, pictures would be helpful to rule out any obvious problems.

I guess premoult! But if it gets skinnier, that is worrysome!
