Feeding Time! Pinkie Pic.

Zeebee here hasnt eaten for about 8 months.

She was starting to get a little wrinkly (sp?) in the abdomen.

Wouldnt hit Crickets, or superworms..

So, on an off thought, As i was feeding my rubber boas pinkies, I decided to drop one in with her to see if shed respond.

POW! within 5 seconds she had the pinkie in her fangs.

Really amazing to watch.

It took her about 6 hours to finish the meal, but now she looks nice and full :)

Anyone else here feed pinkies? Any real cons to it?

After 8 years of giving them and almost nothing else to two Brachy's i had left over from when i downed most of my spiders around 9-10 years back (i had my own rodents for my snakes and did care to keep buying criks) a B.smithi (got her 87 or 88 i forget which  ) and a B.albopilosa (over 12 years old now) i would say not so long there not overfed with them the two old gals only get one pink (or fuzzy) every 3 to 4 months.
