So my T molted last week (Sunday night). This was the first molt since I picked her up in November '18.

I know that feeding is supposed to be delayed following a molt because feeders can cause injury....and only fresh water should be provided.

I don't think she's had anything to drink at all (The water dish is always full & I haven't seen her near it, even though she's in & out of her hide)

My questions is how soon can I feed her (it's been a week) & also how much? The abdomen is small again (I think she's a juvenile adult). Should they eat more following a molt or just continue whatever the standard was? I was feeding her 1medium cricket every couple weeks before the molt because the abdomen was fairly plump...

Thanks!

The rule is to wait longer rather than shorter. As a general rule, the wait should be longer the bigger the T is. For a full-grown adult wait 2-4 Weeks. Some T reject food on their own after a molt, so don't be disappointed if it's been a while and she doesn't eat.
