i bought a blue fang and i have to say i'm not really impressed, kinda looks like an avic to me...

Well, being from the same family and everything I'm sure they share some of the same characteristics. But, fret not, soon enough you will have a burrowing, wanting-to-bite fiend on your hands. :D

yeah mine doesn't have blue on it anywhere, emerald green abdomen though...

I would imagine that singarore blue will be the common name however there is as yet no latin name as this sp has yet to be described :(

G, don't you know by now that each and every time you deliver such great photos of a species that I don't own (and there are MANY...no TONS....nah...I barely own any, how about that?) pen and paper come out and my wish list keeps getting longer? :D

lol I know what you mean when i 1st saw those singapore blue ones I had to add themt o my wanted list however tankfully i have a couple now :drool: :D

My Ephebopus cyanognathus just molted the other day and I was able to get some pictures. Also my Theraphosa apophysis just molted today.

Thanks, the apophysis is about 2.5", and the cyanognathus is about 1".
