Word! ...people still say that? Are you going to keep them? It looks like a good manageable brood you have.
How long did that brood take?
I’m not sure I got her gravid from a friend and he wasn’t sure how long
Yes I will be keeping them all. I have a very large collection
Aww. How big are your females? I'd wish for 7 inch ones lol.
Congrats! i bought a pair a while ago but it turned out to be both males
Thank you so much! I’m sorry to hear that. Keep looking for that female I know it’s hard but one day it’ll happen.
I actually nevered messured them. But you just gave me a good idea. When I find time I will measure them all.
Mines are around five-six inches and I don't think thats a huge emperor, adult females as far as I know.
That’s cool! How many do you have
I have two. Need to find moreofc.
Good luck! Hope you find some more. I have 17 not including the ones that were just born
I'm "old" but I still say "Word" almost daily
Also, congrats on the babies @Jose Rivera I'm hoping to sex the 4 I have and possibly breed them.
Me too actually, I do it to strangers just so they can hear an older doood say "word", along with the hand gesture.
My emp just gave birth and i need help and advice. What should i do man?!?!?! I dont want to stress the mom out to much but at the same time i want to make sure she has everything she needs.
Just don’t stress her out. Try to feed her at night but don’t leave any live food. If she takes it that’s good of not remove it. I try to do that every night that way she’s full and doesn’t eat the babies. But sometimes they do anyways. It’s going to take like 2 weeks before the scorplings are off the mother’s back. Once that happens just remove the mother or the babies. Make sure the scorplings can’t get into the water you have for the mother. I usually remove the water and every other day I’ll leave it for a few hours. Congrats and good luck!!
